Site Visitors
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes and records the IP address and/or hostname, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, referring page but not the email address unless provided.

Financial Information - 990 Form
The IRS form 990 is an annual federal income tax return that all charitable corporations that are exempt from income tax are required to file. The figures in these statements are presented in accordance with IRS regulations, which in some cases are at variance with generally accepted accounting principles.  The Lexington Foundation, Inc. is required by the IRS to submit this form each fiscal year. They are included on our web site in order to comply with IRS regulations requiring these forms to be widely available to the public.
